May be responsible for administering employee physicals, injury related diagnoses, or other types of referrals according to OSHA regulations. The Employee Relations Manager assists leaders in the development and enhancement of Human Resources policies, procedures and actions that affect condition of employment. Through the management of two Employee Relations Coordinators, will ensure all workplace investigations, employee inquiries and concerns are resolved in a timely manner. The ER Manager will establish open communication with staff and leaders through monthly department rounding and meetings. Will serve as liaison for all areas of Human Resources, providing resources, promotion of information and other materials through internal and external communications, along with extensive knowledge of federal and state employment laws. Supports the department in the areas of specific knowledge through report generation, demographic information analysis and research. The Employee Relations Manager is responsible for providing professional support to all team members within the system through handling and documentation of complex investigations, providing coaching and counseling to leadership to resolve employee issues. The ER Manager will oversee the accuracy of the corrective action process, unemployment claims and other duties as assigned.
