Employee Health Services Manager is responsible for managing the employee health service functions of the organization. Administers healthcare program operations and supervises subordinate staff. Being an Employee Health Services Manager ensures that all medical records are kept in a manner compliant with appropriate policies and procedures. May be responsible for administering employee physicals, injury related diagnoses, or other types of referrals according to OSHA regulations. Additionally, Employee Health Services Manager may provide consultation regarding workers' compensation, infection control or other employee health related issues. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. Typically requires a registered nurse. The Employee Health Services Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     St. Joseph Home Care Network - Home Health Care Services- Sonoma, CA

    Schedule: Full Time/ Days with admin on call rotation

    Manages and coordinates the day to day operations of the home health interdisciplinary rehab team to ensure quality and appropriateness of care, the availability of services, with appropriate staffing, facilitates and ensures quality initiatives and program implementation. Manages, maintains and sustains outcomes. These services will be provided in a cost-effective manner and in accordance with the policies and procedures of the organization and conforms to all appropriate accrediting and regulatory agencies.

    Required qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in related field based on graduating year
    • Coursework/Training: Complete necessary education to attain Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Therapy Licensure in state of California.
    • California Occupational Therapist License upon hire or California Physical Therapist License upon hire or California Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire
    • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
    • 2 years of Physical Therapy, Occupational or Speech Therapy clinical experience.
    • 2 years of Management experience in home health or related health field.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Master's Degree: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Therapy or
    • Ph. D. Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Therapy
