May be responsible for administering employee physicals, injury related diagnoses, or other types of referrals according to OSHA regulations. Job Summary
The Employee Experience Advisor acts in an informative and consultative capacity to apply and advance employee experience programs, activities, plans and strategy. Supports employee experience programs and projects, utilizing Center of Excellence (COE) methodologies, processes, and tools adapting to market or function needs and environments. Guides the execution of an enterprise wide strategy aimed at delivering an exceptional employee experience across all aspects of the employee life cycle. This position will serve as the first point of contact between internal partners, stakeholders, and vendors regarding employee experience initiatives and issues; escalate issues to relative department or leadership as required, advise leaders in all markets that are addressing opportunities to enhance the employee experience.
Works as an interdisciplinary team member in the provision of services; contributes to program development in conjunction with diverse groups, stakeholders/programs, system leaders, organizational networks, and provides innovative, progressive and evidenced-based solutions to positively impact employee engagement and workplace culture.
Oversees, coordinates and advises on recommended enhancements to enterprise-wide employee awards and recognition programs.
Applies a multidimensional approach to support employee experience, comprising elements of intellectual, physical, emotional, and occupational health, as well as an underlying emphasis on engagement, belonging and community.
Oversees content creation and day-to-day management of employee experience internal communications as well as applicable ServiceNow knowledge articles and job aids to ensure employee awareness, understanding of programs and products, and participation in events.
Acts as an advisor to in the development and successful implementation of enterprise-wide, market and department initiatives and employee engagement events.
Develops and deploys tools, surveys and metrics for assessing initiative adoption; identifying employee concerns, monitoring overall employee satisfaction and providing actionable insight from the data gathered.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field preferred. In lieu of degree, leadership may consider five years human resources experience.
Two years of experience in business, human resources or marketing environment preferred. Experience in healthcare setting preferred. Experience in implementing employee engagement initiatives preferred.
Experience building trust and credibility across diverse cultures and groups.
