Employee Health Services Manager is responsible for managing the employee health service functions of the organization. Administers healthcare program operations and supervises subordinate staff. Being an Employee Health Services Manager ensures that all medical records are kept in a manner compliant with appropriate policies and procedures. May be responsible for administering employee physicals, injury related diagnoses, or other types of referrals according to OSHA regulations. Additionally, Employee Health Services Manager may provide consultation regarding workers' compensation, infection control or other employee health related issues. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. Typically requires a registered nurse. The Employee Health Services Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     Job Duties/Responsibilities Include: 

    • Manage all clinical operations, ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to patients.

    • Evaluate clinical staff performance and provide feedback.

    • Motivate, mentor and train clinical staff for optimal job performance.

    • Ensure adherence to established company policies, procedures, and protocols.

    • Ensure the accurate and timely documentation of patient records and maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.

    • Coordinate patient care with physicians, care coordinators, and other healthcare professionals.

    • Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring all budgetary goals are met.

    • Communicate with patients and their families to assess their needs and provide appropriate emotional and psychological support.

    • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations related to home health care services.

    • Ensure the timely completion and submission of all medical records, reports, and other documentation.

    Qualifications: 

    • Must possess an active RN license in good standing.

    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

    • Minimum of 3 years previous experience in pediatric nursing.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.

    • Possess strong critical thinking skills with a commitment to continuous improvement.

    • Familiarity with state, federal, and local regulations governing home health services.

    • Must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player.
