Dependable Nurses Inc. is seeking a highly motivated andexperienced Pediatric Home Health, RN with a passion for providing qualitypatient care to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeingclinical operations, providing leadership and guidance to clinical staff,coordinating patient care services, ensuring compliance with regulatorystandards, recruiting, training and retaining employees and providing casemanagement to patients.

Job Duties/Responsibilities Include: 

• Manage all clinical operations, ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to patients.

• Evaluate clinical staff performance and provide feedback.

• Motivate, mentor and train clinical staff for optimal job performance.

• Ensure adherence to established company policies, procedures, and protocols.

• Ensure the accurate and timely documentation of patient records and maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.

• Coordinate patient care with physicians, care coordinators, and other healthcare professionals.

• Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring all budgetary goals are met.

• Communicate with patients and their families to assess their needs and provide appropriate emotional and psychological support.

• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations related to home health care services.

• Ensure the timely completion and submission of all medical records, reports, and other documentation.

Qualifications: 

• Must possess an active RN license in good standing.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years previous experience in pediatric nursing.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.

• Possess strong critical thinking skills with a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Familiarity with state, federal, and local regulations governing home health services.

• Must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player.
