Responsibilities:

- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and update medical records accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes

- Perform diagnostic evaluations and assist in discharge planning

Requirements:

- Valid RN license in the state of practice
