Being a Employee Performance Specialist designs performance management strategies and processes that measure outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and align teams to organizational goals. Identifies the types of training and development and resources needed to achieve workforce performance improvements. Additionally, Employee Performance Specialist encourages a culture of objective setting and result measurement aligned to pay and rewards using tools, training, and communication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Employee Performance Specialist work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Aspire Indiana Health is in search of an enthusiastic and committed individual to fill the role of Employee Belonging Specialist, with a primary focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). In this position, you will play a vital role in cultivating a workplace environment where every employee feels appreciated, esteemed, and empowered to leverage their distinct viewpoints and skills. The Employee Belonging Specialist will spearhead various initiatives concerning Employee Resource Groups, DEI Training, DEI Education/Programming, and DEI Communications.
