Job Description

UPLIFT Desk is hiring a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to drive digital acquisition and retention marketing. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives on behalf of our growing brand and established presence online. The role is ideal for someone who is proactive, data driven with a creative eye, a great communicator and willing to go the extra mile.

Success in this role will require 3 - 5 years of experience managing and leading digital performance marketing and campaign execution, strong acumen of ecommerce analytics, and desire to continuously test and scale new tactics to improve efficiency. You will work closely with the marketing campaigns team, including search, email, social media, content and platform media partners.

Our ideal candidate has 3 - 5 years of experience managing and optimizing digital campaigns for a direct to consumer eCommerce in an agency or client-side who is a fantastic team player who thrives in collaborative settings.

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience guiding, managing, analyzing & optimizing performance marketing channels against return on ad spend goals.
• Experience drafting creative briefs grounded in ad performance data and customer-centric marketing strategies, and partnering with design teams to execute and regularly review creative performance.
• Experience managing performance marketing budgets across major digital platforms.
• Fantastic team player to execute in a fast paced environment with proven ability to multitask and prioritize initiatives.
• Growth-driven mindset with demonstrated proficiency in new customer acquisition tactics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Aptitude for decoding customer purchasing behaviors.
• Relevant experience in eCommerce, preferably within CPG.
• Natural affinity for digital and comfortable working with creative, content & web development teams.
• Friendly, professional manner with partners, team members & customers, both verbally over the phone and via written communication.
• Passion for solving problems with ideas.

What You’ll Do

• Lead digital performance marketing on platforms like Meta, Reddit and Twitter, focused on customer acquisition and repurchase.
• Partner day to day with a campaign marketing lead and search specialist to execute, analyze and optimize performance of our holistic paid campaigns.
• Support an agile marketing process by leading rapid experimentation of new channels, campaigns, creative and incentives to build scalable solutions.
• Develop & deliver effective ways to reach our audience and improve our marketing efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing functions to drive a great online customer experience (integrated marketing, product marketing, design, content and customer support).
• Inform performance marketing budget setting & program allocation to meet targets.
• Develop and scale always-on paid media creative reporting, using data to guide optimizations and weekly requests.
• Spearhead new customer acquisition strategies, using data to identify new opportunities, channel forecasts and incremental gains.
• Manage media partner relationships.
