```Job Summary```

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach with a passion for youth athletic development to join our team in Billings, Montana. As a non-conventional gym focused on performance training for athletes, we are dedicated to fostering the physical and mental growth of young athletes. This role involves designing and implementing specialized training programs that cater to the unique needs of youth athletes, promoting overall fitness, strength, and agility.

```Responsibilities```

- Conduct team NEEDS analysis

- Establish individual and team strength training and conditioning programs for all assigned sports teams and student-athletes

- Construct, organize, and execute team training sessions

- Provide ongoing guidance and education to coaches and atheltes

- Monitor athlete progress and make adjustments to programs as needed

- Educate coaches and atheltes on the importance of strength and conditioning in and off season

- Maintain accurate records of team sessions, progress, goals, and statistics

- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, research, and industry developments

```Qualifications```

- Professional certification through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or through the Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCA) as a Strength & Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC).

- Certified in First Aid/CPR and AED.

- Experience programming and running team strength and conditioning programs in a competitive environment.

- Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, injury-risk mitigation strategies, and nutrition aspects of exercise and performance.

- Commitment to professional development and responsibility.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
