What we can offer you:

The option to work either in a salaried capacity (Performance Software) or full-time hourly (Talent Tier). Our benefits package includes Medical, Dental, and Vision paired with a 12% company paid individual IRA contribution for full-time employees. Hourly employees are paid a very competitive rate with medical/dental/vision benefits available.

What we are looking for:

We are looking to add passionate software developers to our team. Individuals who have a team-first attitude and are willing to help others. Our team is comprised of highly motivated individuals to provide the best possible products and services for our customers.

Pay: $80,000 - $120,000 or $80/hr. - $110/hr. Depending on Experience

• Bachelors or advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent development experience
• Software development experience including significant Low-Level Drivers
• Strong programming experience in C language
• Full software development cycle experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills are required
