Envision Radiology is adding a Full Time Regional Performance Specialist to our team!
Monday - Friday regular business hours | Position Pay Range $46,450 - $58,050
Open to the Denver, Colorado market; Travel is expected within the Denver metro area
Summary/Objective:
The Regional Performance Specialist will be responsible for operational training programs to include performance improvement, new market preparation, and new initiative adoption. This position will be critical in supporting and ensuring the success of company-wide initiatives and the acceptance of change throughout the organization. The Regional Performance Specialist will also maintain training documents and collateral, and support Executive leadership in developing new strategies for operational training, preparation, and learning.
Essential Functions
1. Create and design training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
2. Deliver trainings through the appropriate medium, including face-to-face, phone, and web.
3. Train Leads, Supervisors, and Area Managers on work flow processes so Leaders may hold staff accountable for adherence and performance.
4. Audit workflow adherence and provide feedback to Leadership to identify areas of improvement.
5. Contribute to new product and process development committees for workflow integration to create new efficiencies.
6. Provide training for Center Operations and Patient Access Teams (to include side-by-side & remote), and provide management with a summary of center staff knowledge and performance to include strengths, areas of focus, and any observed developmental needs to provide additional training
7. Participate in “Train-the-Trainer” sessions as needed to prepare for large-scale technology rollouts
8. Support new approaches, practices, and processes, to improve performance efficiency, and share best practices throughout the field
9. Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
• Three plus years’ of Patient Service Representative experience
• Previous training experience – preferred
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player
• Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
• Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment
• Ability to continuously “exceed” company and customer expectation
• Strong communication skills & professional demeanor
Education/Certifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent education, training, and experience
