Employee Performance Specialist jobs in Flagstaff, AZ

We are looking for a Raw Material Handler to join our team in Flagstaff, AZ. This is a temporary position for 6-12 months. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating material and supplies onto the production floor, while maintaining agreed upon inventory levels. In addition, you must ensure and maintain accurate inventory records and use multiple systems to run reports and transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all duties as outlined in the Raw Material Handler Standard Work Manual
• Perform data collection/computer entry
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
• Work independently and within a team, as needed
• Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships across functions in order to support the execution of materials and manufacturing of medical devices
• Maintain and manage exception reports and dates in order to provide accurate visibility with the supply chain
• Understand the manufacturing processes and assisting with the implementation of lean and continuous flow principles
• Work within Gore’s ERP system (E1, ERP), Material Tracking Database and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) – AGILE
• Participate in Change Orders related to Raw Material Systems or acceptance activities

Required Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills; partner with other associates involved in managing the supply chain

• Ability to work independently and within a functional team
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in ERP/MPR, Agile, and Microsoft systems
• Demonstrated knowledge of Operational Excellence (OPEX) tools

Schedule: 6 AM – 2:30 PM (40 hours a week)

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
