Job Summary: Performs access duties for CaroMont Health staff. Responsible for registration and processing chart activities. Performs duties for chart preparation for onboarding staff and processing medical activities required for medical surveillance, answers phone calls and directs to the appropriate staff member, orders vaccines, lab supplies, and office supplies. Performs necessary tasks such as breaking charts down once terminations are processed, processes records request for staff members no longer with Caromont Health. Consistently demonstrates CARES behaviors in all interactions. Scans drug consent, documents, and ID cards into Agility to check in onboarding staff.
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required. Excellent customer service and communications skills. Ability to work in an organized manner and follow detailed instructions. One year of work experience in a related clerical field preferred with some knowledge of business related procedures. Computer skills such as Microsoft Office, excellent customer service skills, and telephone etiquette. Knowledge of registration preferred. Good communication skills with the ability to deal tactfully with customers. Ability to organize workflow.
