Being a Employee Performance Specialist designs performance management strategies and processes that measure outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and align teams to organizational goals. Identifies the types of training and development and resources needed to achieve workforce performance improvements. Additionally, Employee Performance Specialist encourages a culture of objective setting and result measurement aligned to pay and rewards using tools, training, and communication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Employee Performance Specialist work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Role Summary:
As the Product Marketing Specialist, you will support the Product Management and Product Marketing teams and assist with Current’s overall product marketing and brand strategy initiatives. The Product Marketing Specialist will support sustaining project deliverables and assist in tactically executing new product introductions and the overall strategy to drive brand awareness for all product categories.
The Product Marketing Specialist will possess an understanding of the product marketing process, branding principles, a passion for marketing and support the development and implementation of actionable marketing strategies which will successfully grow Current and individual brand identities.

The position has a compensation package inclusive of base, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401k contribution, time off, recognition awards and more. This salary range is $55,000-$60,000.
