  • Influential, is looking for a best-in-class Specialist, Performance Media who will be responsible for the strategy, execution, performance, and reporting of paid campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Twitter, etc.) Reporting to the Director of Performance Media, this role will assist in the day-to-day stewarding of the media activity on assigned campaigns for our top clients, and help take social media planning to the next level. The Performance Media Specialist will manage the creation and execution of various media strategies, including, but not limited to: campaigns designed to deliver in-store attribution, TV tune-in, sales lift, brand awareness, etc.

     

    In general, on a typical day you will:

    • Build, deploy, track, and optimize paid social campaigns to successfully execute the defined strategy and achieve business results.
    • Assist with designing A/B testing, brand lift surveys, and other attribution based measurement studies across social media channels to drive business results.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure agreed upon pacing and delivery of campaigns, prompt delivery of reports to clients, and accurate/useful performance reports.
    • Analyze campaign performance and make recommendations based on the analysis.
    • Develop a strong working relationship with our partners in the media sales community, to assist with the day-to-day needs and account maintenance for campaigns.
    • Work with our attribution partners to develop media strategies designed at driving key business results including brand awareness, sales lift, TV tune-in, etc.
    • Develop audience strategy using campaign briefs and target audience research analysis.
    • Maintain detailed files of all pertinent records (latest media plans, performance reports, etc.) relevant to each campaign.
    • Maintain awareness of new marketing platforms and techniques, as well as look for opportunities to innovate and develop new media strategies to drive clients’ advertising forward.
    • Reconcile all campaigns to ensure that the client receives all planned media and is invoiced/credited properly.
    • Develop media plans across multiple verticals

     

    Requirements: 

    • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in paid social media.
    • Demonstrated enthusiasm for influencer marketing / paid social and a strong desire to learn & build knowledge of social media attribution, social analytics & target audience strategies.
    • Proactive ability to multitask, strong written and oral communication skills, excellent organizational aptitude, attention to detail, and accuracy when working with numbers.
    • Proven ability to optimize media spend to drive key business results and manage large social media budgets ($150-$350k/mo).
    • Strong working knowledge and a participant in the various social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and more.
    • Strong Microsoft Excel experience

    • Proficient with 3rd party ad-serving, tracking and analytic systems to be able to accurately input media plan details and launch campaigns

     

    Salary range:

    $70,000 - $80,000
