Being a Employee Performance Specialist designs performance management strategies and processes that measure outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and align teams to organizational goals. Identifies the types of training and development and resources needed to achieve workforce performance improvements. Additionally, Employee Performance Specialist encourages a culture of objective setting and result measurement aligned to pay and rewards using tools, training, and communication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Employee Performance Specialist work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. About the role
The Learning Specialist, Employee Enablement is at the forefront of enabling our new and existing Thentians to perform at their best. In this unique role, you will foster a highly engaged culture by collaborating on employee and organizational communications and initiatives, to engage our distributed virtual workforce. You will help us build a world class employee experience and enable our colleagues to thrive in their roles. You will design, project manage, and coordinate the delivery of an end-to-end employee learning journey from onboarding through to enabling employee productivity within their functional teams. You will influence the culture, alignment and engagement of our employees in helping them understand our industry, business, products, and organization. Similarly, you will help us establish the future learning and enablement of our people to thrive in their jobs and for future job and career growth. You will bring similar demonstrated experiences in helping a growing technology-based organization and agile culture to thrive. This is an end-to-end development to delivery role that will collaborate across functional teams in Thentia.
