The Retail Planning & Performance Specialist will support the entire Rolls Royce Motor Cars team to ensure that data is relevant, accurate, up-to-date, and fully integrated into all Performance reporting. You will effectively communicate and review key data with Department Heads, Regional General Managers and Sales Operations Manager to identify risks and opportunities and corresponding actions. This role will lead a data digitalization pilot, incorporating a Dealer Dashboard, providing data efficiently and impactfully to users. This will focus the dealer network, through our Area Managers, to realize every opportunity to improve their RRMC business results. You will develop and maintain a Dealer Dashboard displaying all KPIs in an impactful way. You will continually search for new metrics which reflect the changing market needs.
