We are looking for experienced caring phone sales / customer service representatives to effectively show potential customers the benefits of buying their ATVs, UTVs, side-by-sides, golf-carts and buggies from BDXP as opposed to our competition. This is a hourly and commissioned position with HIGH EARNING POTENTIAL. Need a caring person with sales experience who will be attentive and empathic to the customer needs. Customer Service duties

• Explaining benefits of buying from our company following EXACTLY what is defined by policy..
• Answer incoming calls, check voicemail messages, take phone orders
• Answer emails, messages from social media, and text messages responding to customers.
• Must have the ability to communicate the benefits of buying from BDX
• Understands and demonstrates always making your best presentation.

Applicant must be detail-oriented, have good organization skills, have good common sense, must be a good listener and fast learner, able to listen and take direction well. Ideal candidate will be able to quickly learn the products we sell.

Skills needed:

• Must be able to get on customers wavelength, identify with customers, come across as their best friend after talking for a few minutes.
• Applicant must know MS Word, spreadsheets and be proficient at Facebook and all other social media.
• Must have significant work experience demonstrating the above
• Must be fast on your feet and be able to answer questions smoothly, confidently and in a trusting way
• Good written and verbal skills and good gramma.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
