Job Description The Employee Relations and Organizational Development Specialist is a mid-level position that actively supports campus by providing a broad range of support including but not limited to: customer service and administrative support for employee relations and organizational development team, employee consultation, training, conflict resolution, complaint investigation, process guidance, and the preparation and delivery of employee relations correspondence, summary reports, and recommendations. Interacts with all levels of leadership and employees regarding legal compliance, discipline, terminations, and negotiated separations.
