RN, Performance Improvement Specialist
Full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
The Performance Improvement Specialist is responsible for designing, establishing and coordinating clinical process improvement strategies. Will also assist in assuring compliance with accrediting bodies; will work with various medical staff functions and risk management – variances, sentinel alerts, near misses, and sentinel events. Works closely with the Medical Review Coordinators both in abstraction and reporting requirements.
