    Job Summary

     

    Responsible for providing operational and administrative Human Resources support while ensuring a positive culture with emphasis on overall employee experience. Carries out administrative responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, departmental development, HRIS, orientation and training, onboarding, and administrative support.

     

    Responsibilities

     

    • Partners with human resources management to maintain a high performing work environment, where employees support each other to ensure the department’s effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
    • Responsible for handling a range of employee relations issues including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
    • Provide consistent and fair guidance and support to frontline leadership team and employees in line with company policies and procedures.
    • Act as a mediator for workplace issues and conflicts, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
    • Promote various HR programs as necessary to create an efficient and effective work environment.
    • Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    • Prepare or update employment records as they relate to transfer, promotion, and termination.
    • Support HR generalist functions such as onboarding, offboarding and HR administration tasks as needed.
    • Conduct compliance audits and prepare detailed reports.
    • Maintains privacy and confidentiality of all employee information.

     

    Requirements

     

    • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field required.
    • Requires 3 years of experience in employee relations, HR compliance, and generalist roles.
    • Comprehensive understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
    • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality.
