    We are actively hiring for a HR Consultant - Employee Relations Remote. Join us and support CSAA IG in achieving our goals.

    Your Role : As an HR Consultant you will partner and consult with management on the implementation of HR Programs. Provide guidance on performance improvement and management to staff and leadership (coaching, counseling, career development and the corrective actions process).

    As well as participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, annual incentive programs and organizational change).

    Your work : Employee Relations :

    Employee Relations :

    Conducts defensible investigations related to ethics violations, harassment, discrimination and retaliation.

    Responds to employee complaints.

    Consults with Legal on high-risk issues where litigation is a potential; Participates in litigation preparation or depositions, as needed.

    Coordinates, plans, and facilitates pro-active risk-management training (Management Fundamentals).

    Makes recommendations to management regarding high-risk working conditions and potential high-risk issues in the workplace.

    HR Consulting :

    Leads deployment integration efforts for medium impact projects; supports a key aspect of the deployment effort, leads work stream focused on gathering data and developing deliverables.

    Plays an integral role in risk management education and identifies and consults on performance management processes, practices and tools.

    Drives company-wide programs and initiatives at a regional level (e.g., workforce planning, talent management, organizational change, process improvement, etc.

    under the guidance and direction of the HRBPs.

    Partners and consults with management in the implementation of organizational changes.

    Leads or participates in projects to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the function.

    Attend key business line meetings to provide input into the strategic and operating plans and budgets; champion impacts to talent resources.

    Identifies talent issues before they impact the business.

    Meets objectives primarily by working through others.

    Acts as the point of contact for general HR inquiries and assists in prioritizing business needs across HR.

    Diversity & Inclusion :

    Demonstrates knowledge in the area of diversity & inclusion.

    Provides training and coaching for employees and managers on diversity issues.

    Acts as a consultant for the Regional Diversity Counsel in their location and implements and monitor diversity initiatives, programs and measures.

    Recommends improvements in recruitment and employee programs to ensure compliance with diversity goals and strategies.

    Partner with business leaders and other stakeholders to address regional diversity and inclusion.

    Change Management :

    Provides insight on change management strategies and program design based on knowledge of local client needs.

    Support change management efforts locally by communicating changes locally, promoting support that’s available, etc.

    Involuntary Severance Plan (ISP) :

    Act as the key HR contact and resource for regional reduction in force activities.

    In partnership with the business and HRBP develops business case.

    Provides coaching and training for leaders to successfully deliver the ISP notifications.

    Provides post notification support to employees.

    Required Experience, Education and Skills

    Bachelor's degree in related area (Human Resources or related field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    5 years experience in HR Consulting.

    Knowledge in management consulting, performance management, performance improvement, organizational development, organizational design, compensation, employee relations, training and talent acquisition.

    Skills in consulting, coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, problem solving and negotiation skills.

    Excellent interpersonal, organizational, reporting and analytical skills.

    Track record in performance management, coaching and mentoring.

    Possesses excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with a audiences at all levels while conveying information with confidence and clarity.

    Broad knowledge of HR industry and business practices and operations.
