    Regional West Health Services is an independent, integrated health care delivery system based in Scottsbluff, Nebraska that has an exciting opportunity for a HR Human Resources Generalist to join our Human Resources Team.  

    This role is integral in assessing, anticipating and resolving Human Resources-related needs by communicating proactively with the Human Resources department and designated departments to develop integrated solutions that reflect the business objectives of the organization.  

    To serve this mission, you will work collaboratively with employees and management in their designated business departments.  

    As the RWHS Human Resources Generalist you will:

    • Employee Relations ; To include acting as a liaison between department executive, directors, managers, and performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management, recognition, and morale; training and development.
    • Apply expertise in full range of Human Resources laws, practices and policies to support organizational and departmental mission and business needs; communicate policies and procedures to employees.

    • A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Three to five years of human resource or employee relations experience preferred.
    • SPHR, PHR, CHHR certification preferred.
