    Role::
    The Employee Relations Generalist (ERG) will work closely with Human Resources Manager (HRM). This position will be responsible for the day-to-day HR functions of the ERG's respective offices. In addition, this position requires a strong ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.

    Chief Responsibilities::
    • Preparing paperwork for new hire orientations.
    • Staff recruitment.
    • Training and evaluation.
    • Implementation of firm policies and procedures.
    • Planning of office functions.
    • Data entry of employee information which includes but it is not limited to:
    • New hires
    • Terminations
    • Employee changes
    • Any other documentation that needs to be added to the employee file.
    • Assist with Paid Time off (PTO) tracking and reconciliation.
    • Perform other administrative tasks such as filing, sorting and scanning employee information.
    • Travel to offices within the state as required.
    • Additional duties as assigned.

    Experience/Requirements::
    • Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a law firm or other professional services firm.
    • Demonstrated human resources experience, strong interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills.
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Exceptional attitude and customer service skills.
    • Works well in a team environment
    • Strong time management skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
    • Ability to multitask.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
