    Job Overview

    Salary Range: $85K - $95K

    Ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/ Spanish) and be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.

    The core responsibility of the Employee Relations Manager is to mitigate employment risk to the company while providing a respectful employee experience.

    As the Employee Relations Manager the following duties and responsibilities will be part of this opportunity, but are not limited to them:
    • Conduct HR investigations including high risk/high profile investigations and escalations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to collecting and analyzing facts, applying relevant laws, policies, and past practice to reach conclusions, recommend and influence management actions.
    • Collaborate with other ER team members to discuss insights/approaches and make recommendations that align with our culture and values and are consistent across the organization.
    • Maintain required documentation, including intake and investigative notes, supporting documents and final reports.
    • Partner, influence, coach and support field management with performance management issues, disciplinary actions, investigations, and termination discussions.
    • Build relationships of trust with field management that fosters partnership.
    • Review disciplinary actions, including termination, before they are taken.

    Requirements for our Employee Relations Manager:
    • Bilingual (English/ Spanish)
    • 5 years of HR/ ER experience
    • Experience with internal investigations and documentation
    • Ability to work in multi platforms/ ticket systems
    • Ability to communicate and collaborate with team, managers and field employees
    • Great attention to detail while being organized
