    To provide administrative support, answer phones, order supplies, and provide clerical support for the Employee Relations Manager and Associate Director.

    Under limited supervision, perform a wide variety of office tasks requiring general knowledge of policies, procedures and systems. Exercise limited discretion in determining priority/order of completion of work assignments.

    Process unemployment claims and leaves of absence, assist with worker compensation claims, process bills, enter data in various reports to include SAP and ESS, assists with new employee orientation and performs other clerical duties as requested. Assist with training and development sessions.
