Come join the People Relations team as the Director of Global Employee Relations. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of ER professionals focused on enabling leaders and teams to foster a high-trust, high-performance culture across the company. This role works in partnership with our business clients, Legal, Business & People Partners, Country Enablement and COE teams to deliver strategic ER capability and is the anchor point for Employee Relations across the Americas, APAC and EMEA regions.
Responsibilities:
· Drive ER strategy and agenda with multiple partners and stakeholders in numerous sites & locations across the Americas, APAC and EMEA regions
· Develop and deliver an effective global coverage model to support cyclical volume of cases, investigations, and negotiations
· Develop a consistent framework for case quality, effectiveness, closure and report out
· Strengthen team capability through development of a training curriculum for new, rotating team members that drives for quality case reviews and outcomes, consistency and neutrality
· Develop and execute on a knowledge management strategy for our global policies, including a governance process to ensure policies are current and maintained by the respective owners
· Develop a system reporting strategy to support compliance and reporting needs for CPIO, Board, Audit Committee and other stakeholders
· Deliver data driven recommendations to address issues and mitigate risk
· Create an orchestration and communication model for updates and knowledge sharing across People Relations and People Solutions
· Support enterprise reporting requirements (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Sustainability)
· Participate in broader People Solutions initiatives
Qualifications:
· 10 years of progressive experience, including leading Employee Relations or a related function across multiple regions; strongly prefer technology and manufacturing experience
· Proven track record of creating and establishing innovative, consistent processes that match the stage of growth of the organization and can also scale as the organization evolves
· Experience building and leveraging data sets to look for and anticipate trends within employee relations with the intent to influence programs and practices that create the best employee experience
