    Core Responsibilities

    • Accountable for the rollout and consistent application of policies and procedures, with a particular focus on supporting our Consumer and Shopper Engagement (CSE) teams (our in-person and remote contact center).
    • Serve as coach and sparring partner for leaders, focusing on driving performance and team effectiveness. Guide people leaders through the performance improvement process when necessary.
    • Identify trends in Employee Relations where Team Leaders would benefit from additional training.
    • Conduct investigations as needed.
    • Collaborate with global colleagues to implement standard processes to support the business.
    • Support severance processes as needed

    Do you have what it takes?

    • Minimum 5 years of work experience, with demonstrated commitment to improving people and culture outcomes
    • Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on providing direction and clarity to a large organization.
    • Demonstrated ability to engage in sensitive conversations while maintaining professionalism.
    • Demonstrated ability to uphold the highest standards of ethics, including maintaining confidentiality.
    • Experience facilitating group discussions with employees at all levels of the organization.
    • Experience supporting a customer service organization.
    • Experience helping teams foster a diverse and inclusion work environment.
    • HR experience, particularly in Employee Relations
    • Experience in a global organization.

    The salary for this position has a range of $110k - $160k a year based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.

    The definitive compensation may vary in alignment with the selected candidate’s professional background, experience, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.

    The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
