Essential Functions
•Assist benefits with scheduling employees for wellness classes, and reaching out to vendors for quotes and services.
•Generates types benefits correspondence such as letters, memoranda, reports, etc. in an accurate and timely manner
•Assists with special projects including but not limited to open enrollment, auditing activities as needed, and data entry.
•Ensures and maintains the utmost confidentiality in all areas related to personnel interactions.
•Acts as a member of the HR team by providing support and assistance to coworkers in a cooperative manner to ensure the accomplishment of department goals.
•Assists in the development, organization, and coordination of internal and external employee events to enhance employee experience.
•Adheres to all company policies and procedures relative to employment and job responsibilities.
