We are seeking a skilled Excavating Employee to join our team. As an Excavating Employee, you will be responsible for operating various Labor or heavy equipment and machinery to perform excavation and construction tasks. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

- Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as backhoes, loaders, water trucks, bulldozers, graders, and dump trucks
- Perform excavation and grading work to prepare sites for construction projects
- Safely operate equipment to dig trenches, remove debris, and transport materials
- Follow project plans and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of tasks
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure project success
-possible Semi driving duties if qualify
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operating heavy equipment in an excavating or construction environment
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred
- Proficiency in operating various types of equipment including backhoes, loaders, water trucks, bulldozers, graders, and dump trucks
- Knowledge of Caterpillar equipment is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in outdoor environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
