    Overview:
    As a Part Time Guest Relations Specialist at BEYONDER Camp, you will be the face of hospitality, ensuring our guests have a seamless and delightful stay. In addition to guest relations, you will receive cross-training in housekeeping and maintenance, providing you with a comprehensive skill set to excel in the hospitality industry.

    Key Responsibilities:
    ️1. Guest Relations Excellence: Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, addressing inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met. Provide information on camp amenities, activities, and local attractions to enhance the overall guest experience.
    2. Housekeeping Support: Assist with housekeeping tasks when needed, ensuring guest accommodations and common areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
    3. Maintenance Assistance: Collaborate with the maintenance team to learn and assist with basic maintenance tasks, contributing to the overall functionality and aesthetics of the camp.

    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in guest relations or a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality sector.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Willingness to cross-train in housekeeping and maintenance.
    • Ability to handle guest concerns with tact and efficiency.
    • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Good organization skills
    • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
    • Ability to work well independently as well as on a team
    • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
