In this role, you will:-
Engage key partners as needed, including Human Resources/Employee Relations, Healthcare Providers, Disability Administrator, HR Policy and Corporate ER, Corporate Properties, Risk & Insurance Management/Workers' Comp, Employee Assistance, Law department and Leave Management

Educating managers and the HR community on the accommodations process and its relation to ADAAA and other federal regulations, state statutes and local ordinances

Participate in counseling and assisting in team or management related issues for individuals and all levels of management within a designated functional area

Provide front line support in the prevention, investigation, resolution, and referral of employee relations problems
-
Review and analyze issues related to employee relations at all levels of management
-
Communicate, guide, and educate of core or common Employee Relations or Human Resource policies
-
Present recommendations for resolving complex individual issues and exercise independent judgment while leveraging and continuing to develop expertise in the Employee Relations functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Collaborate and consult with Employee Relations colleagues, internal partners, and managers to provide guidance, coaching, feedback, and recommendations related to employee relations issues
Required Qualifications:-
2 years of Employee Relations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:-
2 years of human resources consulting experience

Knowledge and understanding of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) specifications and practices including specific experience related to employee accommodations

Experience conflict resolution and management.

Knowledge and understanding of workforce policies, employee relations, FMLA, Workers' Compensation, and/or ergonomics

Certified Professional in Disability Management (CPDM)
