Job Qualifications:
Education:
- BS Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field OR equivalent experience
Experience:
- 5 years’ related experience in Human Resources
- Experience handling employee relations issues and able to give examples and talk to successful outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various issues at one time
- Self-starter with strong initiative
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR Certification (SHRM or HRCI) strongly desired
