JOB TITLE:

IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Chief Operations Officer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma, G.E.D. Certificate
• Have the physical abilities to perform job
• Have no immoral or criminal history
• Have experience and knowledge of bookkeeping skills
• Pass health examination
• Have the ability to work with other staff members
• Ability to maintain required confidentiality

DUTIES:

• Assist the Chief Operations Officer in all assigned areas of employee benefits/bookkeeping

• Maintain integrity of database in order to ensure accuracy of financial and personnel records

• Maintain safeguards to assure accuracy of work

• Provide accurate required reports in areas of responsibility in a timely fashion

• Assist other department personnel as time/work load permits

• Other duties as assigned by Chief Operations Officer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,462.00 - $61,089.00 per year
