Business Development & Customer Relations Specialist
$15.00 - $20.00 p/hr plus Commissions
Rydell Automotive Group is seeking a helpful & energetic Business Development & Customer Relations Specialist, a vital role in delivering the best customer experience. You are the first point of contact with our customers when they call in for service. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry, or hospitality. This individual will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.
In this role, you will assist the Service Team by communicating with customers via phone, email & text, setting appointments, and monitoring the quality of customer service. Training will be provided to equip you with the appropriate tools to be as effectively helpful as possible.
