Forks Freightliner is currently hiring an Assistant Service Manger to join our service team. We are looking for the right individual who can provide excellent customer service support for the repair shop while contributing to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the dealerships service department.
Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
· Coordinating with the Service Manager and technicians on the completion of all repair orders.
· Prepare, maintain, and close repair orders as necessary.
· Assist in the scheduling and coordination of repairs while working closely with the Service Manager.
· Help answering overflow of incoming service calls.
This is a full-time 40-hour position. Hours are M-F, 8am-5pm.
Requirements: Qualified applicants must have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task. A background in the service industry is a plus but willing to train. Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
