Establishes, implements, and maintains policies and practices for assisting employees and their families as they relocate. Being an Employee Relocation Manager works to minimize relocation costs and disruption of work for the employee and the organization. Approves relocation budgets and plans and the disbursement of funds. Additionally, Employee Relocation Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree. Infection Prevention RN
The IP is responsible for the facility’s activities aimed at preventing healthcare-associated infections (HAIs) by ensuring that sources of infections are isolated to limit the spread of infectious organisms. The IP systematically collects, analyzes, and interprets health data in order to plan, implement, evaluate, and disseminate appropriate public health practices. The IP conducts educational and training activities for healthcare workers through instruction and dissemination of information on healthcare practices.
The Employee Health Nurse is a Registered Nurse who provides direct and indirect nursing care for Winner Regional Health employees, contract employees and non-employee groups, with particular emphasis in the area of occupational health. The Employee Health Nurse utilizes established protocols and current standards of care to meet the wide variety of health care needs of the Winner Regional Health employee population.
Must have clinical knowledge and skill. Must have excellent and effective communication skills to support, educate, and facilitate conflict resolution. Must have strong critical thinking and analytical skills to assist in management and operation of the infection prevention and control throughout WRH campus. Must be self-directed, self-motivated, and work interdependently with others. Must be able to collaborate and delegate effectively.
Directs and participates in patient care and ensures continuity of care based on knowledge or clinical needs. Must be currently licensed as a registered nurse in South Dakota or has license from a state that is part of the Nurse Licensure Compact.
Currently certified in ACLS, TNCC, BLS, and NRP. Six months clinical experience preferred.
