Lile Moving and Storage is proud to celebrate 65 years as a leader in providing relocation services in the Pacific Northwest. Locally and family owned, with 8 branches in Oregon and Washington, Lile is recruiting a Commercial Relocation Consultant (Sales) for our Tualatin location.
The Commercial Relocation Consultant (Sales) is primarily responsible for generating sales to actively drive revenue, resulting in branch profitability. The Relocation Consultant is responsible for securing new business and demonstrating company core values, and providing extraordinary customer service before, during and after the sale.
Fundamental job duties:
· Secure new business by self-generated and company-provided leads; identify prospects based on service line, to include hospitality, warehousing and distribution, healthcare, retail fixtures, telecommunications, financial, industrial equipment, museum and fine art, and develop those relationships to increase profitable sales.
· Actively participate in ongoing business development activities including industry and networking events. Develop presentations to highlight our commercial relocation and logistics services. Actively engage in daily prospecting activities.
· Effectively track communication and sales efforts and maintain follow-through procedures with active prospects.
· Establish sales goals within the first three months. Grow sales, retained revenue and margins to meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
Qualifications and skills:
· Minimum five (5) years in a sales or sales-management related role in the household goods or commercial moving and storage or logistics industry.
· Strong prospecting, lead management and communication skills.
· Previous experience with CRM programs and advanced Microsoft applications including Microsoft Project preferred.
· Experience with systems furniture layout, architectural diagrams and designs; experience with the management of planning, execution and budgeting for projects.
· Knowledge and experience with international logistics and facilities management is a plus.
· CAD experience preferred.
· Applicants working in a position of project manager or have PMI Certification or training strongly preferred.
· Able to set priorities, make critical decisions and respond quickly to ever changing demands.
· Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary education preferred.
Compensation and benefits:
· Draw plus commission and an initial period salary guarantee.
· Auto allowance or mileage reimbursement.

Additional information:
Full-time, with a minimum of 40 hours per week expected.
