This freedom allows you to decide on a day to day or week to week basis what shifts you would like to work (from available shifts) to allow you to focus on other areas of your life while maintaining the ability to make money, all around your schedule.

Upon being hired, being onboarded, installing our NEXT application, and spending a short time being scheduled and trained in your home restaurant, you will then be given the freedom of remaining off of the schedule, and to use the NEXT app to “shop” for the shifts you would like to work, along with the ability to work between the 4 Rapid City McDonald’s locations.  You can work as little or as many hours as you would like, depending on the availability of shifts, and can always alter your preferences to work a standard schedule at your home store.
