Assists the employee and/or family on all facets of relocation, including sale of current residence, lease cancellation, home purchase or rental, realtor selection, mortgage assistance, and movement of household goods. Being an Employee Relocation Representative is responsible for minimizing time consumed and moving costs. Manages payments of associated services and reimbursements of related expenses. Additionally, Employee Relocation Representative may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Employee Relocation Representative works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists with daily guidance, training, and direction to the plumbing crew.
Assembles, installs and repairs plumbing systems according to project specifications and appropriate trade and building codes. These systems may consist of pipes, fittings, fixtures and boilers for hydronic heating, water, drainage systems, and medgas.
Adheres to project safety and job quality.
Maintains a professional demeanor with field team, general contractors, owners/customers, and vendors to support a positive work environment.
Makes decisions by analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
Required Skills:
Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.
Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations.Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.
Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment, including ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Also requires frequent bending and lifting, standing and walking over uneven terrain or in confined spaces, and safely climb ladders.
Must have all tools needed to be successful within this role
Must be punctual with good a good attendance record
Some overtime may be required
