Employee Relocation Representative facilitates the relocation process and performs all administrative duties pertaining to relocation. Assists the employee and/or family on all facets of relocation, including sale of current residence, lease cancellation, home purchase or rental, realtor selection, mortgage assistance, and movement of household goods. Being an Employee Relocation Representative is responsible for minimizing time consumed and moving costs. Manages payments of associated services and reimbursements of related expenses. Additionally, Employee Relocation Representative may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Employee Relocation Representative works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed.     We are looking for an employee to help with all aspects of the marina to included but not limited to helping customers, stocking inventory, grill items, event setup and other various tasks as assigned. This position will require the employee to be working both indoors and outdoors. This position will require employee to stand for long periods of time, sit, squat, twist and reach. This position may also require light to heavy lifting.

    This position will require employee to be a self-starter and able to follow and retain directions, procedures and policies. Employee must be able to work well with others. Employee will come into daily contact with patrons of the state park and will maintain a friendly, professional and ethical demeanor at all times. Employee must also follow all Montana State Park rules and regulations at all times. Employee must have a reliable form of transportation and are responsible for transportation to and from the marina.

    This is a seasonal position that will begin May 20, 2024 and end September 8, 2024. Shifts will vary to meet the needs of the business. Employee will work 30-40 hours a week with possible opportunities for overtime during special events.
