The key qualifications for this position will be the ability to engage clients; speak well, demonstrate empathy, and work hard. We will consider all currently licensed attorneys irrespective of GPA or experience. While employment law experience will be seen as a positive, it is not a requirement. $55,000 - $75,000

• Discuss potential claims with new clients
• Evaluate discrimination, sexual harassment, FMLA, overtime claims, and wrongful termination cases
• Handle the claims process
• Negotiate settlements
• Communicate daily with staff and managers to coordinate screenings and consultations
• Draft notice of claims, EEOC charges, state charge forms, and other documents as necessary
• Engage with EEOC investigators to present evidence

• Must have Juris Doctorate
• Must be currently licensed to practice law, awaiting Ohio bar results, or scheduled to take the July Bar Exam
• Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to demonstrate empathy
• Must possess the ability to multi-task using advanced time management skills and demonstrate the ability to organize and prioritize work
