Being an Employee Relocation Representative is responsible for minimizing time consumed and moving costs. Manages payments of associated services and reimbursements of related expenses. Additionally, Employee Relocation Representative may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Employee Relocation Representative works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed.     • Self-starter. Proven ability to drive projects through to completion while showing initiative and good decision-making.
    • Experience working in an Agile development methodology. Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.

    Responsibilities
    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Manage the Marketing Operations roadmap, keep abreast of industry trends and work with senior management across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to outline our long-term vision
    • Collaborate with the demand generation team to optimize strategy, attribution models and funnel metrics in order to meet KPIs
    • Define and implement best-in-class lead scoring practices to enable higher conversions of quality leads
    • Own and maintain data accuracy and develop a comprehensive view of key audiences to ensure the health of the marketing database, including data enrichment and segmentation
    • Work closely with marketing teams to define email campaign strategy to ensure we are being fully effective
    • Flawlessly manage ongoing production, testing, execution, optimization, and reporting of all B2B/B2C/Operational email campaigns for the organization including email compliance and the management of the marketing team email calendar
    • Act as liaison with the business stakeholders to articulate business problems/opportunities, develop use cases, and deliver business requirements to our partners in IT
    • Proactively analyze data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for improvement
