Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor incoming member calls and client email accounts receiving customer service requests related to eligibility and claim concerns. Assist Account Management Team with day-to-day administrative needs, such as claims and billing resolution, and other service-related items Manage benefits enrollment and terminations as needed, including COBRA qualifying event notifications in carrier/vendor portals Investigate and resolve complex issues with both carriers and clients, including claims and billing resolution, provider inquiries, provider referral issues and other administrative issues Assist with billing audits and reconciliation Assist with HRIS/Ben Admin system implementation, renewal updates and testing Assist with processes incoming Broker of Record letters, gather new client benefit information, add policy and commission structure to agency management system Assist with new carrier and plan implementations Review policies and contracts for accuracy Responsible for printing/binding of sales and renewal presentations and coordination of enrollment kit orders Prepare client mailings, including birthday/holiday gifts Assist with organizing client health expos and wellness events Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings Create, organize, and maintain specialized, confidential and other office files or filing systems Assist other functional areas and agency personnel as time permits This description is not meant to be all-inclusive and may be modified from time to time at the discretion of management.
