Being an Employee Relocation Representative is responsible for minimizing time consumed and moving costs. Manages payments of associated services and reimbursements of related expenses. Additionally, Employee Relocation Representative may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Employee Relocation Representative works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed.     Job Description:
    The purpose of this position is to service new and existing clients, helping to handle incoming client service calls, database management, and client appointment preparation including updating client account summaries for their review meetings, preparing the main advisor for his/her review meetings, and preparing issued accounts for delivery.

     Minimum Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
    • Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly
    • CRM experience, preferred
    Responsibilities:
    This Office Administrator will be expected to have consistent follow-through with all efforts, build relationships with prospects and clients, and help prepare the Advisor for client appointments. Other daily, weekly, and monthly tasks may include:
    • Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly manner
    • Complete each service request and resolve client issues
    • Input notes into CRM and keep updated
    • Coordinate and follow up on each client transfer
    • Review application prior to submission
    • Prepare client review summary for upcoming appointments
    • Maintain professional communication with clients and staff
    • Assist with client updates, reports, and mailings
    • Assist in setting client appointments
     
     Office Hours: 
    • Monday-Thursday
      8:30 AM -5:30 PM
    • Friday
      9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
    • Some client events outside of normal business hours
      
    Hourly Pay:
     $22.00 - $24.00/hour BOE
