Employee Relocation Representative facilitates the relocation process and performs all administrative duties pertaining to relocation. Assists the employee and/or family on all facets of relocation, including sale of current residence, lease cancellation, home purchase or rental, realtor selection, mortgage assistance, and movement of household goods. Being an Employee Relocation Representative is responsible for minimizing time consumed and moving costs. Manages payments of associated services and reimbursements of related expenses. Additionally, Employee Relocation Representative may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Employee Relocation Representative works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed.     Under the direction of thedirector of the PreK-12 Outreach department, perform specialized duties insupport of pre-college student access and success.

    These will include leadingor assisting in learning activities, preparing learning or promotional materials,recruitment, outreach, and student success and engagement functions for theCollege intended to : increase college readiness and attendance;

    increaseawareness of college programs of study and career options preparing studentsfor the transition from high schools served by the college.

    Promote thecollege and its programs at community events and through the use ofcommunication and technology strategies.

    • REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES : *
    • Implement and coordinate thecollege outreach strategies at specified schools to meet objectives anddeadlines.
    • Evaluate services to insurecontinued program development and successful student completion.
    • Assist withplanning and implementing outreach services between college, departments andhigh schools and community groups.
    • Develop and maintaincommunication and technology resources, such as brochures, flyers, posters, andtechnology strategies
    • Represent the College atvarious outreach functions.
    • Perform other related dutiesas assigned. Minimum Qualifications
