Being an Employee Relocation Representative is responsible for minimizing time consumed and moving costs. Manages payments of associated services and reimbursements of related expenses. Additionally, Employee Relocation Representative may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Employee Relocation Representative works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. The Counselor provides confidential assessment, counseling, and referral, if necessary, to clients who qualify for Employee Assistance Program benefits and is responsible for clinical documentation of these services. The Counselor also participates in crisis on-call coverage rotation. The Counselor assists the substance abuse counselor in providing substance abuse screens/referral on hospitalized patients when needed.
