Employee Services Director directs the selection, design, and implementation of employee engagement programs geared to attract and retain employees and promote a healthy and productive work environment. Evaluates programs focused on work-life, child care, fitness, discounts, remote working, education, training, and others to provide options that engage employees. Being an Employee Services Director develops processes to analyze and assess program utilization, employee feedback, competitiveness, and workforce productivity to ensure that a cost-effective mix of programs is offered. Designs policies and procedures to promote efficiency and optimize administrative hours to control costs. Additionally, Employee Services Director researches and remains up to date with evolving changes in the employee experience space to identify areas to improve employee engagement and work experience. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Employee Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Employee Services Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Program Supervisor, Direct Support Professionals are responsible for providing support to program participants that meets their needs, provides opportunities for community integration and creates a nurturing, safe and healthful living environment. At all times, Direct Support Professionals will seek to act in accord with the principles and values expressed in the guidelines and uphold the agency mission “to serve individuals with developmental disabilities by providing accessible residential and other support services that will maximize each person’s quality of life.” Direct Support Professionals will work the shift assigned by the Program Supervisor or the Site Supervisor.

Starting Wage:
All DSPs will start between $21.00-$21.50 per hour depending on location.
Wage Scale:
$21.00-$26.00 per hour
Benefits:
We are offering a $500 signing bonus paid out after you successfully complete New Hire Orientation and Peer Coaching. For working locations in Issaquah only, hiring bonus is $1,500 which will be paid out in $500 increments at 30-days, 90-days, and 180-days.
Benefits for Full-Time Employees (30 hours or more a week) include Medical, Dental, Vision, 403(b) (non-profit version of a 401(k)) with company match, Life Insurance, Tuition Savings Program, and Tuition Reimbursement. Employees working 34 or more hours a week are eligible for PTO accrual.
