Employee Services Manager manages the selection, design, and implementation of employee engagement programs geared to attract and retain employees and promote a healthy and productive work environment. Administers programs focused on work-life, child care, fitness, discounts, remote working, education, training, and others to provide options that engage employees. Being an Employee Services Manager analyzes and assesses program utilization, employee feedback, competitiveness, and workforce productivity to ensure that a cost-effective mix of programs is offered. Reviews and researches complex questions and identifies opportunities to improve employee engagement and work experience. Additionally, Employee Services Manager implements policies and procedures to guide department workflow to control program costs, promoting efficiency and optimizing administrative hours delegated to programs. The EHS Manager will assist TAS Environmental and Specialized Waste Systems Employees, Supervisors, Safety Champions, and Leadership to continually improve the company Safety Culture, strengthen Risk Management, plus implement successful Industry Best Practices. The EHS Manager may be asked to help develop or implement EHS Safety Programs, Engineering Controls, Employee Training, Behavior Based Safety Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, and more as needed. The EHS Manager will ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and client requirements, plus help identify changes in the scope of work or equipment, to eliminate occupational hazards at jobsites, or at work facilities. The EHS Manager will develop corrective actions, update administrative controls, ensure project personnel are adequately trained in Emergency Response Plan Procedures, ensuring that all incidents, safety emergencies, or employee injuries are properly managed.
Strong working knowledge of OSHA, audit procedures and attention to detail
Ability to coach and teach proper safety practices
