Employee Services Manager manages the selection, design, and implementation of employee engagement programs geared to attract and retain employees and promote a healthy and productive work environment. Administers programs focused on work-life, child care, fitness, discounts, remote working, education, training, and others to provide options that engage employees. Being an Employee Services Manager analyzes and assesses program utilization, employee feedback, competitiveness, and workforce productivity to ensure that a cost-effective mix of programs is offered. Reviews and researches complex questions and identifies opportunities to improve employee engagement and work experience. Additionally, Employee Services Manager implements policies and procedures to guide department workflow to control program costs, promoting efficiency and optimizing administrative hours delegated to programs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Employee Services Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Employee Services Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.   • Job Summary
    The Employee Services Specialist will respond to Human Resources(HR) related subject matter inquiries regarding benefits, policies, HR programs, and employee record information. In this role, you will provide exceptional and timely customer service to BCH employees through HR's service desk request tracking system and by phone. This position offers the opportunity to be a part of a highly collaborative team at the center of the Human Resources department.

    The Employee Services Specialist will:
    • As the initial resource for inquiries, respond to questions relating to benefits, policies, HR programs, and employee record information.
    • Provide exceptional and timely customer service in a fast-paced, complex organization, primarily through request tracking and phone interaction with employees.
    • Determine the appropriate course of action to bring issues and cases to resolution. Ensure all documentation and information are complete, secure, and compliant. Review issues and cases with supervisor, seeking advice and counsel where specialty/more advanced expertise is required.
    • Process all HR-related transactions with speed and accuracy and in compliance with policies and practices
    • Maintain strong collaboration with other areas of Human Resources and Hospital departments.
    • Assist with employee record maintenance as required.
    • Provide additional HR administrative support, including but not limited to employment verifications and HR voicemail retrieval and response.

    To qualify, you must have:
    • Associate degree required OR an additional 2 years of directly related experience may be used instead of an associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources or two years of progressive client service work within a complex corporate environment is required.
    • Experience with HRMS/HRIS, PeopleSoft experience preferred.
    • Bilingual communication (verbal and written) skills are a plus.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing and empathize in difficult interpersonal situations.
    • Accuracy required with speed in processing data, strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task
    • Requires the highest level of customer service and quality in all interactions and transactions
