Employee Services Manager manages the selection, design, and implementation of employee engagement programs geared to attract and retain employees and promote a healthy and productive work environment. Administers programs focused on work-life, child care, fitness, discounts, remote working, education, training, and others to provide options that engage employees. Being an Employee Services Manager analyzes and assesses program utilization, employee feedback, competitiveness, and workforce productivity to ensure that a cost-effective mix of programs is offered. Reviews and researches complex questions and identifies opportunities to improve employee engagement and work experience. Additionally, Employee Services Manager implements policies and procedures to guide department workflow to control program costs, promoting efficiency and optimizing administrative hours delegated to programs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Employee Services Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Employee Services Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     The Employee Life Cycle Manager is the “Chief HR People Person” of each of the facilities. As such, they are responsible for:

    • Focused, professional recruitment efforts that will attract the right people for the right jobs.
    • Consistent, positive retention efforts that will create a team of employees who reflect CommuniCare’s core values and know they are respected members of the CommuniCare family.
    • Ensuring regulatory legal compliance for all relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations as they apply to all employees.

    The Employee Life Cycle Manager you will ensure that all staff catch people doing things right and recognize them, thereby reducing turnover to a minimum and helping all managers focus on their people as the agents for the special care we give.

    The position of Employee Life Cycle Manager is a full time, salaried position, flexible hours, with salary based on experience.     QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1 years’ experience in Human Resources managing personnel
    • Minimum 1 years’ experience Recruiting
    • Prior experience in Healthcare required; Long Term Care experience preferred.
    • Prior experience in Customer Service desirable.
    • Prior experience with ATS systems preferred
    • Strong public speaking and organizational skills
    • Working knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
    • Detail oriented, excellent writing, grammar and communication skills
